CSManagement was formed in 2001 by Carole O’Shea. After a number of years working as an agent within the industry, and on the back of the success of Centre Stage School of Performing Arts (which was formed in 1999),she decided to form her own client list, representing children and adults for professional acting work.

Carole is supported in the agency by Steven Green and Jacob Thomas,the Artistic Directors of the school who are both experienced actors and theatre practitioners with a number of years experience within the industry. All believe their shared knowledge of the Performing Arts in all its guises compliments The Agency, The School and all the clients under the CS Management banner.

CS Management's aim is to offer casting professionals a wide and diverse range of talent, both child and adult, providing a one-stop casting shop for actors.

Although only in its seventh year CS Management has already established itself as a reliable source for talent.

Prospective clients should send a c.v., photograph and s.a.e. for consideration. If selected for an interview you will be required to audition.
